Hande grew out of experience in children’s homes and supported accommodation. Tee built it around the work that needed following through, and the people responsible for doing it.

I came from the sector. Hande came from the work.
I spent years in children’s homes and supported accommodation, working alongside support workers, team leaders, managers and owners. I saw how much time went into keeping the service running and the records straight.
An inspection brought the gaps into focus: referrals, training, policies and how young people’s voices were reflected in their plans. Much of that work had already been discussed in meetings. The problem was following it through.
That shaped Hande. I put tasks at the centre, with owners and dates, and built the records and management tools around the working day.
The scope grew because the work is connected. A home needs care records, but it also needs staff, property, finance and a way to examine its own compliance. Hande brings those parts of the operation together.
I built it with the people doing the job: support workers, managers and owners. Their experience continues to shape what Hande needs to do.

Connect daily records with the tasks, audits and reviews that help managers examine the service.
Hande keeps your evidence current and ready to show. What an inspector concludes is their judgement, and we won’t pretend otherwise.
Support workers, managers and owners bring different needs. Hande brings their work into the same operation.
Hands-on onboarding gives teams time to set up their records, learn the routines and ask questions.
“Every feature fixes something that used to burden me.”
